All of the registered orders will be sent, after the payment is confirmed and the invoice is issued. No orders will be sent after just payment confirmation.

After payment confirmation, the orders will be ready and sent whithin one to four working days (except for Fridays and official holidays). Order delivery with certified mail will be whithin 5 to 7 working days and with priority mail will be within 2 to 3 working days.

In case you cancel a confirmed order, you should contact 09058063328 and verify the cancelation, so the refunding is completed. In this step, bank account owner’s name should be the same as the client’s name which is registered in the website.
